  • Your delivery and billing address.
  • Order details: the items, sizes and quantities you buy, your payment method and your order history.
  • Anything you write to us, such as questions, return requests or feedback.

We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled directly by our payment provider.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, cookies and analytics tools collect some technical information automatically:

  • your IP address and approximate location (city or region);
  • your browser type, device type and operating system;
  • the pages you visit, how long you stay and the site that referred you;
  • the date and time of your visit.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use the following types:

Essential cookies

These keep the site working. For example, they remember the items in your basket and keep checkout secure. The site cannot work properly without them, so they cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies

We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are useful. The information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting these cookies.

Advertising cookies

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we start advertising through Google Ads or similar services, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to show you ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. We will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before these cookies are set.

You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google at adssettings.google.com, and from many other ad networks through the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site such as the basket may stop working.

4. How we use information

  • To process, pack and deliver your orders, take payment and handle returns and exchanges.
  • To contact you about your order, for example to confirm it or arrange delivery.
  • To answer your questions and inquiries.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it, our products and our service.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Payment providers, who process your payment securely;
  • Delivery and courier partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order;
  • Analytics and hosting providers, who help us run and measure the website;
  • Authorities, such as courts, regulators or law enforcement, where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us, and they must keep it safe.

6. Data retention and security

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to six years. We keep messages and inquiries for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form for up to 26 months.

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted staff access and trusted providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a problem arises.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
  • object to or limit how we use your information;
  • withdraw your consent to cookies or marketing at any time.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.

8. Children

Our website is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new services or start using advertising cookies. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will show a notice on the website.
